The terms on which Alderstone LTD sells to you.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Alderstone LTD (“Alderstone”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in jurisdiction required under company number required, registered office required. VAT number required, if registered.

2. These terms

By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. We ship to confirmed shipping destinations required.

4. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photography is representative; small variations in finish, grain and colour are normal in manufactured goods. Specifications are published only once verified — see our content standards on the About page.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we cannot verify the payment.

6. Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in currency/currencies required and confirm whether prices include tax. If we identify a genuine pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at confirm: order placement or dispatch through our payment provider provider required. Alderstone does not store full card details.

8. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, carriers and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.

9. Cancellation and returns

Your statutory cancellation rights and our own returns policy are set out in Returns & Refunds. Confirm statutory cooling-off handling for each market

10. Subscriptions

Watch Club memberships are additionally governed by the Subscription Terms, which take precedence for subscription orders.

11. Warranty

Products are covered by a manufacturer warranty of length required against coverage required. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order.

13. Intellectual property

The Alderstone name, wordmark, site design, photography and copy are owned by Alderstone LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

14. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent activity.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by governing law required and disputes are subject to the courts required. Consumers retain the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
