1. What you are signing up for
A Watch Club membership is a recurring subscription. You are charged automatically at a fixed interval until you cancel. We state the price and the interval at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your account at all times.
2. Membership levels
Essential, Premium and Collector. What each includes is set out on the Watch Club page. Final plan contents required
3. Price and billing frequency
Plan prices required · Billing interval required
The price you sign up at is the price you continue to pay unless we notify you of a change under the “Changes to plans” section below.
4. First payment
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount charged.
5. Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price and interval, until cancelled. Renewal reminder timing required
6. Skipping a delivery
Skip policy required
We will not publish a skip entitlement until the rule is defined. Until then, contact customer care and we will do what we can.
7. Pausing
Pause policy required
8. Changing your plan
Plan changes are made in your account. Confirm when a change takes effect — immediately or at next renewal — and how any price difference is handled
9. Cancellation
Cancellation policy required — including notice period and the last point at which a renewal can be stopped
Cancellation will always be possible from your account, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe.
10. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will attempt it again and email you. Retry schedule and suspension rules required
11. Changes to plans and prices
We will give you advance notice by email before any price or plan change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies. Notice period required
12. Curation
The specific watch or box you receive is selected by Alderstone according to your membership level. Curation is the nature of the product; you are not choosing the individual piece.
13. Deliveries and shipping
Deliveries follow your membership schedule. Confirm whether shipping is included in the plan price
14. Returns and refunds on subscription orders
Handled under Returns & Refunds. Subscription-specific refund handling required
15. Statutory rights
Nothing here reduces your statutory cancellation and refund rights. Confirm cooling-off handling for subscriptions in each market — this differs materially between the UK, EU and US states
16. Consumer subscription law compliance
Recurring-billing disclosure, consent and cancellation requirements differ by market — including US state auto-renewal laws, the FTC negative-option rule, UK consumer legislation and EU distance-selling rules. Legal review of this page is mandatory before selling subscriptions
